The room assignment service is available from the moment of booking up to 72 hours before check-in.

No, it is only possible for reservations with one room.

If you have made your reservation directly on the hotel’s website, you will only need to provide your reservation locator.

 

If you have made your reservation through a third-party channel (OTA, tour operator, travel agency, etc.), we will need more information to offer you the selection of available rooms for your reservation. In this case, you will need to provide us with:

You will see different prices for each room number depending on the features. For example, rooms with better views may have a slightly higher price.

The payment for choosing your room will be made on site at the hotel.

The check-in and check-out times are not affected by the selection of the room and will be the same as those indicated on the hotel’s website information.

To cancel the room assignment if you have already chosen it, you will need to contact the hotel directly to have the assigned room removed. Contact directly at reservations@cavaltaboutiquehotel.com

If you change the dates of your reservation, you will lose the selected room and you will have to select the room number again. No additional cost will be applied.

The hotel may take a maximum of 48 hours to confirm your request, which will arrive at the email address with which you made the reservation.

Yes, the hotel could confirm, cancel or propose an alternative room with similar characteristics within the next 48 hours. After that, you would have 24 hours to confirm it again, otherwise, you would lose the assignment.
